When, where and how do we ship?

Orders are processed between 3-5 days and shipped from our Suppliers in Italy & France via UPS/ DHL.

There are styles that we can ship out of the United States.

Rates to ship?

We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge based on weight and location.

Therefore, the shipping quote you receive when you place an order is not your final shipping charge.

We will adjust the final cost and obtain your consent before we ship out. A confirmation email and a tracking number will be provided.

Free Shipping

Shipping costs are already calculated on majority of our collections as long as the destination is within the USA and Canada. We will indicate this upon finalizing your order and a shipping  confirmation will be emailed to you.

US Sales Tax

Our presence is registered in the State of Maine and we are required to charge a 5.5% Sales Tax.

Customs, Duties and taxes for all orders shipping outside of the US

Please be aware with international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply.

Please check with your local government/ customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by TheStore.com. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
