How do I deal with changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we are unable to cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy within 15 days of receipt of your order, and are in saleable condition.

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS:
DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SEASON, some of the items you may click will not prompt you to the correct COLOR
This means we will have to check the availability of the items if it is still in stock or sold out at this time. You may still click the ITEM and indicate the color at check out or best to contact us via emai: contact@thetotestore.com or TEXT 207 3562292. If an item you have ordered and fully paid upon check out, and it turned out to be unavailable, you will receive an email from us.
